The business
Contract signed with the UK major brands: all returns from UK are sent into our
partner warehouses.
These returns arise in 3 ways:
1. In the UK consumers are protected by a law which allows them to return
purchased electronic goods to the retailer within 30 days of purchase on a
“no questions asked” full refund basis.
2. All goods are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
3. End of line or surplus stock.
The goods are received into the state
of the art factory whereby every single piece passes through the following
procedure:
Electrical test
Function test
Full repair as required & replacement of any defective parts with original
parts
Full refurbish to a very high standard
Full test again on each piece
Packaged in original box or new box with instruction manual, plug adaptor
& our 1 year guarantee if sold in our local market.
Goods are graded into 2 grades - A is in perfect conditions as a new
product, B has small cosmetic marks |
